Lester Middle School is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges.  As part of the accreditation process, the school maintains an active SIT (School Improvement Team), School Vision and Mission Statements, as well as target areas for overall school improvement. These activities are referred to as the SIP, or the School Improvement Process.
